In his 31 years experience as a consulting design engineer Mr Hegde has
been involved In a wide range of complex projects. He has to his credit
design of a large number of harbour projects, berths, jetties, wharfs
and dolphins in Oman, Paradip, Mangalore, Jamnagar, Vishakpatnam and Dhabol.
Mr Hegde was involved in special structures like the covered stadium in
Srinagar providing seating capacity for 5000 which is planned in the shape
of a cross with a maximum dimension of 62 meters. In charge of the firm's

Mr Aditya Sharma started his career with the firm as Junior Design Engineer in 1991 and was promoted as Deputy Director in 2006. During his 16 years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer, he was responsible for the design of a large variety of structures in RCC and Steel. He has dealt with the design of multi-storey buildings with large span reinforced concrete floor systems, involving virendeel girders, transfer girders, flat slabs, muffle slabs etc. His responsibilities include interacting with Architects, Clients and other Service Consultants and Coordinating the total project.

Rohit has over ten years of experience in architectural design and research. He received his initial training in India from ARCOP Associates and Sachdev Eggleston Associates in Delhi, BV Doshi in Ahmedabad and from CA Ventin Associates, Toronto, Canada.
He has also gained considerable experience and knowledge through his research work in architecture and urbanism. He first gained research experience at Frei Otto’s Institute of Lightweight Structure, Stuttgart, Germany after which he went on to study urban and visual theory in CEPT and M.I.T. Awarded the ‘Merit Recognition Award’ for his stay through M.I.T, his work on Post-Colonial Delhi and Banaras has been presented in a number of international conferences.
After graduating from M.I.T., Rohit worked for five years in New York City where his work experience encompassed projects in urban design, landscape architecture as well as in the design of cultural and educational institutes. He worked with Davis Brody Bond (DBB) in New York for three years. He was actively involved with some very prestigious projects, namely, The World Trade Center Memorial, New York and Nicolas Grimshaw’s Experimental Media and Performance Arts Center in RPI, Troy, NY State. Along with these high profile projects, he also gained experience in projects related to educational institutions such as the Biotech Facility, SUNY, Stony Brook, NY State. His landscape/ urban design experience came from EKLA, New York, where he was the project architect and consultant for the new Educational Building and Site, Weeksville, Brooklyn, NY. Weeksville involved designing a space that was the site of the first free Afro-American community in New York. This project won the 2006 Art Commission award for excellence in design
He is now part of the visiting faculty in the Urban Design Program of SPA (School of Planning and Architecture), New Delhi and will be working with MRC on different design projects.

Vandini has been working as an architect since the last 9 years. With a diverse background in projects handled over the years, she also has traveled and worked extensively in various parts of the world. She is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.
While in CEPT, Ahmedabad she was selected as an exchange student to RMIT, Melbourne, Australia, where she studied for six months and also interned with Hank Span Architects. In India she interned at Ashish Ganju Architects, New Delhi and worked on a Tibetan Monastery Project in Dharamsala. Later she received an MS in Architecture in UC, Berkeley with a specialization in Environmental Design in Developing Countries.
Her involvement in development issues grew during her time spent at Seva Mandir, Udaipur, Rajasthan. Here as an architect and design consultant she designed a Block Office and meeting center in Kotra, Dist. Udaipur; a Community Center in a village using a participatory design method and local and eco-friendly materials also a showroom for the handicrafts and home furnishings prepared by village women in Udaipur city.
In the five years spent in New York City she gained experience in high end residential architectural work and some office and gallery renovations at McBride and Associates Architects and also was involved in the two Tibetan projects for the Vikramsila Foundation in India and Nepal– a Monastery and a School.
Later she joined Magnusson Architecture and Planning a firm with a focus on community based projects as well as large scale revitalization and planning projects. As a Project Architect/ Manager here she worked on mixed-use and mixed-income housing and planning projects. Many of these were affordable housing projects working with city agencies, developers and local community groups. She was part of the team that won the 2005 American Institute of Architects NYC Housing Awards Program Design Award, and also spearheaded the LEED neighborhoods entry for Melrose Commons that was accepted in the Pilot Program by the USGBC.
